Parliamentary elections to elect the 250 members of the National Assembly of Serbia are scheduled to take place on October 25, 2026. This market will resolve to the electoral list that wins the greatest number of seats in the National Assembly of Serbia as a result of this election. Electoral lists will be primarily ranked by the number of seats won in the specified election. If two or more lists are tied on seats, ties will be broken by the total number of valid votes received, with higher vote totals ranking higher. If lists remain tied, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the listed names. This market will resolve to the list that occupies the highest finishing position after applying this ranking. This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named electoral list, as it appears on the ballot and official proclamations, regardless of which parties make up the list or how its members later organize themselves in the National Assembly. If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". This market will resolve based on the results of the elections, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. In the case of ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on the results as reported by the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia (https://www.rik.parlament.gov.rs/).

Parliamentary elections to elect the 250 members of the National Assembly of Serbia are scheduled to take place on October 25, 2026. This market will resolve according to the percentage of the valid vote won by the electoral list “Student List – Students Win” (Student List) in the 2026 Serbian parliamentary election. The percentage will be measured as the number of valid votes received by “Student List – Students Win” (Student List) divided by the total number of valid votes cast in the election. Votes will be counted only where the official results attribute them to the named electoral list. Votes attributed to another list or electoral designation will not count, regardless of electoral cooperation, endorsements, coalition agreements, or subsequent parliamentary-group arrangements. Official rule text (Kalshi lists one market per option with the same wording; shown here for the At least 30% market)

If the Student List - Students Win share of valid votes in RIK’s first non-preliminary nationwide general report covering all polling stations, rounded to two decimal places is at least 30% in the October 25, 2026 Serbian parliamentary election, then the market resolves to Yes. The value is the Student List - Students Win percentage of valid votes in Serbia’s October 25, 2026 parliamentary election. It is calculated as 100 × the list’s vote count divided by the total valid-ballot count in RIK’s first non-preliminary nationwide general report covering all polling stations, rounded to two decimal places, with exact halfway values rounded up. Preliminary or partial tallies do not qualify. A displayed percentage calculated using all ballots cast is not used; invalid, spoiled and rejected ballots are excluded from this market’s denominator. This explicitly selects the nationwide general report under POLITICALSTAT’s release-selection provision. Later revisions, corrections or updates to that report do not affect resolution. If no qualifying report is released by expiration, the contract’s last-fair-price rule applies.

Official rule text (Kalshi lists one market per option with the same wording; shown here for the At least 3,000,000 market)

If at least 3,000,000 valid and invalid ballots are cast in the October 25, 2026 Serbian parliamentary election, then the market resolves to Yes. The count is the total of valid and invalid ballots in Serbia’s parliamentary election, equal to RIK’s voters-who-voted or ballots-in-the-box total. Electoral-roll signatures, registered voters, and ballots in other contests do not count. Subject to the contract’s Fully-Conducted Elections and Accelerated Resolution Upon Designated Media Source Declarations provisions, the vote count refers to the officially certified results from the relevant election authority. Provisional, absentee, early, mail-in, or electronic ballots are included only if reflected in the official certification. The contract resolves based on officially certified results regardless of ongoing appeals. Outside those two contract provisions, preliminary counts, exit polls, projections, or uncertified results do not qualify. If the election is postponed but held within one year of the originally scheduled date, the contract remains valid; if postponed beyond one year or canceled before voting is fully conducted, all contracts resolve to No.

Parliamentary elections to elect the 250 members of the National Assembly of Serbia are scheduled to take place on October 25, 2026. This market will resolve according to the margin of victory between the top two electoral lists in the specified election. The “margin of victory” is defined as the absolute difference between the percentages of valid votes received by the first-place and second-place electoral lists. Percentages will be determined by dividing the total number of valid votes each of the top two lists receives by the total number of valid votes cast in the election. Valid vote percentages will be counted only where the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia attributes them to the named electoral list. Vote percentages attributed to other lists or electoral designations will not count, regardless of electoral cooperation, endorsements, coalition agreements, or subsequent parliamentary-group arrangements. If the reported value falls exactly between two brackets, then this market will resolve to the higher margin bracket. If a list other than Aleksandar Vučić – United Serbia or Student List – Students Win receives the most valid votes, this market will resolve to “Another list wins”. If two or more lists tie for the most valid votes, this market will resolve to the lowest margin bracket for the list whose listed name comes first in alphabetical order. If the results of this election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Another list wins”. This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. Official rule text (Kalshi lists one market per option with the same wording; shown here for the SNS-led list, ≥3% market)

If the margin of victory for SNS-led list in the 2026 Serbian parliamentary election is at or above 3%, then the market resolves to Yes. The margin of victory is the vote share received by the SNS-led list minus the vote share received by the candidate that finishes immediately behind the SNS-led list if the SNS-led list wins, or the candidate that finishes first if the SNS-led list loses. If the SNS-led list wins, the margin will be positive; if the SNS-led list loses, the margin will be negative; if the SNS-led list ties for first place, the margin shall be 0. Vote share is an electoral list’s votes divided by the total number of voters who voted, including invalid ballots, as reported in the certified results of the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia; this is the basis of the Commission’s published percentages. A candidate means an electoral list; seats won are not used. List ranking by national vote share applies; the multi-winner candidate rule does not apply to this list margin. If more than one registered list meets the SNS-led list definition, their vote shares are combined. SNS-led list: Any formally registered electoral list containing the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS). No rounding is applied. Each threshold includes its lower bound and the maximum possible margin of 100 percentage points. An exact tie for first that remains unresolved by expiration receives the proportional payout specified in the full rules for every range containing zero; other ranges resolve No. Certified results, the Fully-Conducted Elections provision, and accelerated resolution apply as specified in the full rules.

The percentage will be measured as the number of valid votes received by “Aleksandar Vučić – United Serbia” divided by the total number of valid votes cast in the election. Votes will be counted only where the official results attribute them to the named electoral list. Votes attributed to another list or electoral designation will not count, regardless of electoral cooperation, endorsements, coalition agreements, or subsequent parliamentary-group arrangements. If the reported value falls exactly on a bracket boundary, this market will resolve to the higher range bracket. If the results of this election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to the lowest range bracket. This market will resolve based on the results of this election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results reported by the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia (https://www.rik.parlament.gov.rs/).

If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as published by the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia (https://www.rik.parlament.gov.rs/).

Parliamentary elections to elect the 250 members of the National Assembly of Serbia are scheduled to take place on October 25, 2026. This market will resolve to the electoral list that wins the third-greatest number of seats in the National Assembly of Serbia as a result of this election. Electoral lists will be primarily ranked by the number of seats won in the specified election. If two or more lists are tied on seats, ties will be broken by the total number of valid votes received, with higher vote totals ranking higher. If lists remain tied, ties will be broken by alphabetical order of the listed names. This market will resolve to the list that occupies the third finishing position after applying this ranking. This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named electoral list, as it appears on the ballot and official proclamations, regardless of which parties make up the list or how its members later organize themselves in the National Assembly. If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by March 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”. This market will resolve based on the results of the elections, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. In the case of ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on the results as reported by the Republic Electoral Commission of Serbia (https://www.rik.parlament.gov.rs/).

FAQ

What do these markets resolve on?

Each platform resolves its market on the official result named in its own rules. The rule text is quoted on this page.

Why are the prices different on Polymarket and Kalshi?

The two platforms have different rules for what counts as winning, different fees, different users and different amounts of money in each market.

Which candidates or parties are shown?

Options listed on both Polymarket and Kalshi are compared side by side, in alphabetical order. Options listed on only one platform are shown separately, without a gap figure. The list follows the markets, not an official candidate list.

Will this page show the election result?

No. PolyKal stops updating prices before the first polls open and keeps the last pre-election prices as a snapshot. It does not report election results.

How often is the data updated?

Every 15 minutes until prices stop updating before the vote.
