If Serbia agrees to or announces a formal decision by the Speaker of the National Assembly calling the election for President of Serbia before Oct 15, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. The following do NOT qualify: Preliminary discussions Conditional agreements contingent on circumstances Opposition party statements Leaked documents Think-tank recommendations General aspirations without specific commitment Draft legislation without approval Regional actions (unless specified) Retraction of previously announced commitments The decision calling the election for President of Serbia must be issued by the Speaker of the National Assembly, including a Speaker serving as acting President, and must set the voting date. Statements of intent, planned or expected dates, and statements by parties, the Government or other officials do not qualify unless they officially record that the decision has been issued. The decision counts if it is signed or officially announced after Issuance and before the market's date.
